Stuffed Tales creates personalized short adventure videos based on a photo of your child's stuffed animal, a chosen story world, and a chosen life lesson. Each adventure is handcrafted, individually created, and manually reviewed before delivery.
You must be 18 years or older to create an account and make a purchase. You are submitting photos and information on behalf of your child; Stuffed Tales is intended for use by parents/guardians, not by children directly.
Each adventure costs €9.99, charged at the time of submission via Stripe. You may submit and purchase as many separate adventures as you like. Prices may change in the future; the price shown at checkout is the price you will be charged.
Because each adventure is individually created and safety-checked, production may take up to 7 days. You will receive your video via email once it's ready.
If your video has not been delivered within 7 days of submission, you will automatically receive a full refund.
By submitting a photo, name, and story details, you confirm that you own or have the right to submit the photo, and that the content submitted is appropriate and does not contain anything harmful, offensive, or unsafe. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any submission that violates these guidelines, with a full refund issued in that case.
Stuffed Tales retains the rights to the video created for you. You receive a license to use your video for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as sharing with family and friends or personal viewing.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund, including but not limited to cases involving inappropriate content or suspected misuse of the service.
Stuffed Tales provides this service "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
