When you use Stuffed Tales, we collect:

• Your email address (via account sign-up)
• Photos you upload of your child's stuffed animal
• The name you give the stuffed animal, and your chosen story world and life lesson
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store your card details directly)

We use this data to:

• Create your personalized adventure video
• Communicate with you about your order (production updates, delivery, support)
• Process payment for your order
• Let you revisit or reorder future adventures without re-uploading photos
• Improve our service

We use trusted third-party service providers to operate Stuffed Tales, including payment processing (Stripe), account authentication, and our production tools. We do not sell your data or your child's photos to any third party for advertising or any other purpose.

The photos you upload are of your child's stuffed animal, submitted by you as the parent/guardian, not by a child directly. We:

• Only use these photos to produce your personalized adventure video
• Review them manually as part of our quality-check process before delivery
• Retain your uploaded photos indefinitely so you can revisit or reorder future adventures without needing to re-upload
• Do not use your photos for marketing or any purpose beyond producing your order, unless you separately and explicitly opt in
• Delete your photos at any time upon request — just email us

• Account data: kept as long as your account is active, deleted upon request
• Uploaded photos: retained indefinitely to support future orders, deleted upon your request at any time
• Payment records: retained as required by German tax law

Under GDPR, you have the right to request a copy of your data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to or restrict our processing of it, and request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact fynn.michalik@stuffedtales.com

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage and restricted access to submitted photos.
